Made from 100% chicken, our ground chicken is full of flavor and perfect for special diets that eliminate high-fat foods like beef. Our 100% Air Chilled method ensures that our product contains no added broth, water and NO chlorine. Just 100% flavor.
Bell & Evans ground chicken is awesome. So far I’ve used it for chicken tacos and it is perfect—not dry and maintains a great texture (similar to ground beef). It also does not have any odd flavors as ground turkey can.

Does your ground chicken with dark meat contain chicken skin?
