Chicken breast meat, marinated in water and sea salt.  Breaded with rice flour, water, yellow corn flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, dried whole eggs, yeast, cane sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.

Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.


Cooking Instructions

Our Breaded Nuggets are uncooked.

For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.  Cooking times may vary.

Bake:  Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spread frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot. Fry nuggets in the hot oil over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning over after 5-6 minutes.  Nuggets should be golden brown on both sides.

Air Fryer: Cook frozen nuggets for approximately 12 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket or rotating racks (if applicable) after 6 minutes.

      I feel the same way.. I would not get them if they didnt use the organic soybean oil.. At least if it’s organic it’s non-gmo but I generally try to stay away from all spy as well

    Delicious. I couldn’t tell a difference from non gluten free to gluten free. These are guilt free chicken nuggets you will love. I would highly recommend! You can find them at Fresh Market.

    Please keep making these and thank you for not using sunflower oil! It’s so difficult to find gluten-free products that do not contain sunflower oil. I hope you continue making this line of products.

    These chicken nuggets are wonderful! The breading is crispy yet light, and are exceptional for a gluten-free item or even a regular item. The nuggets are extremely meaty unlike many frozen chicken nuggets that are all breading with a little bit of meat. We love these nuggets and make a point of picking them up anytime we are at the grocery store. Thank you for producing this wonderful gluten-free product!

    Ooops after noticing a pink gell in first bite I realized it was partially raw chicken. Went on line to see if I’ll get ill and it was a very popular question. Cooked the rest longer and no reaction from the first nugget. If you switch out soy oil for olive oil I’ll buy again. Wouldn’t purchase if canola oil.

    1. Hi Joy, Our chicken nuggets are uncooked instead of being cooked twice–once at the processor and also when the consumer reheats them, which tends to make commodity chicken dry. Our nitrogen freezing ensures the freshest and most juicy product possible. Also, the soybean oil we use in our nitrogen freezing process is from expeller-pressed organic soybeans.     BEST NUGGETS EVER. I’m g free and it’s rare that my whole family will eat the same thing I eat. Usually g free stuff isn’t as good as regular. But these are absolutely amazing. My husband, 6 year old and 4 year old all eat them like crazy with me. We love our nugget nights! So happy I have found this product.

    These have been very, very good for wife who has allergies. They are easy to fix and I enjoy a couple every now and then.
