Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Tenders

Not mechanically chopped or separated, our gluten free chicken tenders have no fillers or extenders. They’re lightly breaded with gluten free breading and flash fried for your convenience.

Chicken breast meat tenders. Marinated in water and sea salt. Breaded with rice flour, water, yellow corn flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, dried whole eggs, yeast, cane sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.

Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.


Cooking Instructions

Our Breaded Tenders are uncooked.

For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.  Cooking times may vary.

Bake:  Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot. Fry tenders in the hot oil over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning over after 5-6 minutes.  Tenders should be golden brown on both sides.

Air Fryer:  Cook frozen tenders for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F, flipping each tender and rotating racks (if applicable) after 8 minutes.

    We have been eating these gluten free breaded chicken tenders for over a year 5 Days a week (work days) and still love them! The nuggets though gluten free bother us 🙁

    These are delicious! Have these always contained garlic powder? I had eaten them several years ago and I thought they were garlic free. I have a garlic allergy. Did you change the recipe? Or was garlic powder not listed on the previous label? Would you please let me know? Thank you.

    1. Hi Jessica! Our Raised without Antibiotics (RWA) Gluten Free items do not have garlic powder in them but the Organic Gluten Free do. These recipes have never changed. Garlic has always been listed in the Organic items ingredient statement. Perhaps you had previously purchased the Raised without Antibiotics Gluten Free item (which is in a black box) and this time they purchased the Organic Gluten Free item? Our RWA (black box) Gluten Free item, it is just as delicious as the organic item!!

    Are there peanuts or tree nuts in your facility?

    1. Our fresh facility is allergen free of peanuts of peanuts and tree nuts.

      Our frozen products facility is peanut and tree nut free with the exception of coconut. Coconut is technically classified as a fruit; however, it is recognized by FDA as a tree nut. Under this classification, our Allergen program also includes coconut as a “tree nut” and therefore an allergen under the big eight as defined by FDA.

    Best gf chicken tenders on the market. You will not find better ones. They taste amazing, never anything weird in them, great coating. Would highly recommend. I wish they came with more or maybe sold bigger boxes for slightly less money per tender but I guess you’re paying for superior quality.
