The taste was wonderful. The pieces are clean nicely so all I had to do is rinse pat dry & marinade. I didn’t even have to do that but it is habit with me. The best part is you can marinade right in the package. It is vacuum packed so I think if I froze it there would not be any freezer burn what so ever.
I love your chicken be it breasts or thighs , HOWEVER,, the packaging is impossible to open!!
It says “easy to open at the bottom of the container”. I have spent more time than I choose to open it. It appears to be a tab that you pull apart, but I can’t se where it separates. If there’s a tutorial or magic trick please let me know because I love your chicken.
