Ingredients

Chicken, sea salt. Breaded with unbleached wheat flour, water, cane sugar, dried yeast, sea salt, black pepper, paprika.

Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.

Cooking Instructions

Our Breaded Chicken Patties are uncooked. They are only cooked once – at your house.  No more dry chicken patties!

For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.  Cooking times may vary.

Bake:  Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spread frozen patties on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot. Fry patties in the hot oil over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning over after 5-6 minutes.  Patties should be golden brown on both sides.

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spread out the frozen patties as a single even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 11-12 minutes, flipping the patties after 5-6 minutes.
