All of our chickens, organic or not, are raised with the same superior standards.
Baked at 375 for 45 minutes with a little salt, pepper, dry rub sprinkle. The most flavorful, juicy chicken I have enjoyed in years! Will definitely seek out from now on.
….Oh, and a little EVOO in bottom of the baking dish.
