Buffalo-Style Dry Rub

Ingredients
- 3 TB Chili powder
- 3 TB Smoked paprika
- 3 TB Brown sugar
- 2 TB Salt
- 2 TB garlic powder
- 1 TB Mustard powder
- 1 TB Ground cumin
- 1 TB Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Combine ingredients: Add 3 tablespoons chili powder, 3 tablespoons smoked paprika, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon mustard powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly: Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined and the spices are evenly distributed throughout the rub.
