Duck Legs

Whole bone-in, skin-on Duck Legs are a great protein source, high in vitamins and good fats.   Dark meat lovers will enjoy it’s rich flavor  and moist texture.  Bell & Evans Duck Legs have more meat and less fat than most Pekin Ducks.

Boxed duck breast fillets are uncooked. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165° F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.

  1. Place duck skin side down.
  2. Turn temperature to medium/high.
  3. Drain off excess fat as desired, until skin is crisp and rendering stops.
  4. Cook meat side down to an internal temperature of 165° F. Immediately remove from heat and serve.
  5. If grilling, cook each side as desired to an internal temperature of 165° F.

Simply put these are the best and the only duck legs you’ll ever need or want to purchase. Fantastic taste and texture. Don’t forget to save your rendered duck fat!! Your potatoes will thank you.

My son ordered duck legs for me. At first it looked full of fat. But after broiling the fat melted off , the skin was crispy and delicious and the meat was tender and juicy and i did not have to season except for salt and pepper. I am having duck regularly from now on. Glad that it is also healthy and from Bell and Evans

Best I’ve found. Very meaty. I put them in the crock pot with some olive oil and spices, making my own version of duck confit. Excellent!

Please sell direct or through an online seller. I bought these regularly for a long time at Whole Foods, but they no longer carry them and I can’t find it anywhere else locally.

Hello these are great. I used to purchase at HEB Central Market in Texas and Whole Foods in Texas. No longer available at either retailer.

Can you sell them to me direct?

    Thanks.

Hi Stephen, Duck is unavailable to purchase at this time.

We loved these and can no longer find them at the Whole Foods in Lancaster (PA). You answered Stephen A by saying they were “unavailable to purchase at this time.” Are they simply temporarily out of stock? Discontinued? Will they be available online in the future? We really miss them please advise.
