A Note From The Sechlers
Producing organic chicken was not my original intention. I started by removing antibiotics and improving chicken feed to get rid of the junk, and the more I learned about grain production and shortcuts other producers were taking, the more I realized how closely I agreed with most organic standards. Our evolution into organic was natural because our intention has always been to produce the highest quality, best-tasting chicken in the market.
