For the firecracker sauce

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 TB Honey
  • 1 TB Sriracha sauce
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

  1. For chicken: Place chicken in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and pepper, and massage the spice mixture into chicken to cover completely. Thread chicken evenly on 8 metal skewers.
  2. For firecracker sauce: Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey and sriracha together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside 1/2 cup for serving with chicken.
