Ingredients

Nuggets & Fries

  • Bell & Evans Chicken Nuggets
  • 5 ea Medium/Large russet potatoes (about 3lbs)
  • 2 TB Chopped curly parsley
  • 3/4 tsp Paprika
  • Kosher salt and black pepper (fresh ground) to taste

Comeback Sauce

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 TB Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 TB Mike’s Hot Honey (or other chili infused honey)
  • 1 1/2 TB Hot sauce (Franks, Crystal, Texas Pete)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika (hot smoked can also be used to spice it up more)
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Hot Barbecue Garlic Sauce

  • 4 oz Barbeque sauce (on the sweeter side, any of your favorites)
  • 2 oz Hot sauce (crystal, Franks or whatever your preference)
  • 4 TB Fresh minced garlic

Spicy Poblano Ranch

  • 6 oz Ranch dressing (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 oz Roasted poblano sauce (Cholula is the most common)

Mustard Pickle Remoulade

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 TB Whole grain mustard
  • 1 TB Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 T Sliced chives
  • 4 TB Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika (spicy is great to kick it up)
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Alabama White BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (Dukes is my preference)
  • 2 oz Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 oz Hot horseradish cream
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp Sea salt
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ¾ tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Preparation

Chicken Nuggets & Fries

  1. Prepare Chicken Nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Cut fries into 3/4” lengths. Soak in cold water for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Season with paprika, parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Sauces

  1. Whisk together all ingredients. Dip. Eat. and Repeat.
