Sandwich Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Bell & Evans Chicken Nuggets
  • 12 ea Martins Potato Long Rolls
  • 12 ea Claussen sandwich pickle slices
  • 2-3 TB Hot sauce (Frank’s, Cholula, Crystal or your favorite)
  • 2 TB Blue cheese dressing (Ranch works too)

Homemade French Fries

  • 5 ea Medium/Large russet potatoes (about 3lbs)
  • 2 TB Chopped curly parsley
  • 3/4 tsp Paprika
  • Kosher salt and black pepper (fresh ground) to taste



  1. Prepare Chicken Nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Place 3 Chicken Nuggets in each roll, with a slice of dill pickle.
  3. Drizzle nuggets with dressing and Hot Sauce and serve.

Homemade French Fries

  1. Cut fries into 3/4 inch lengths.
  2. Soak in cold water for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Air fry at 380 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley
