Ingredients
Sandwich Ingredients
- 2 boxes Bell & Evans Chicken Nuggets
- 12 ea Martins Potato Long Rolls
- 12 ea Claussen sandwich pickle slices
- 2-3 TB Hot sauce (Frank’s, Cholula, Crystal or your favorite)
- 2 TB Blue cheese dressing (Ranch works too)
Homemade French Fries
- 5 ea Medium/Large russet potatoes (about 3lbs)
- 2 TB Chopped curly parsley
- 3/4 tsp Paprika
- Kosher salt and black pepper (fresh ground) to taste
Preparation
Sandwich
- Prepare Chicken Nuggets according to package directions.
- Place 3 Chicken Nuggets in each roll, with a slice of dill pickle.
- Drizzle nuggets with dressing and Hot Sauce and serve.
Homemade French Fries
- Cut fries into 3/4 inch lengths.
- Soak in cold water for 4 hours or overnight.
- Air fry at 380 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley
