Ingredients

Organic chicken breast meat tenders. Marinated in water and sea salt. Breaded with organic gluten free crumb (organic rice flour, organic tapioca starch, xanthan gum, yeast, organic cane sugar, sea salt, organic sunflower oil (processing aid)), organic yellow corn flour, organic rice flour, organic corn starch, organic cane sugar, organic tamari soy sauce (organic soybeans, salt), Organic maltodextrin, sea salt, organic garlic powder, organic onion powder, organic dried chicken stock, organic sweet whey powder, organic turmeric, organic black pepper, organic guar gum.

Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Contains milk and soybeans.

Cooking Instructions

Our Breaded Tenders are uncooked.

For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.  Cooking times may vary.

Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Air Fryer:  Cook frozen tenders for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F, flipping each tender and rotating racks (if applicable) after 8 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot.  Fry tenders in hot oil over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes.  Tenders should be golden brown on both sides.

    THE BEST. Absolutely amazing… great macros and great, crunchy outside in the air fryer. Quick to make as well, approximately 15 mins in the air fryer from frozen . Very “real” ingredients and nice knowing that a formally guilty pleasure is made much cleaner and healthier.

    Best chicken tender out there. Incredibly healthy and low calorie (170 calories in 112 grams, 510 calories for the WHOLE container), much less compared to all other products in the market. They are very tasty and full o flavor and best of all is that they are very easy to cook. I air fry them and they never fail to satisfy my hunger. Only problem is I can’t buy them in Mexico!
