Cooking Instructions
This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.
Used this on Mother’s Day instead of the andouille sausage in the Cajun Chicken Jambalaya recipe from Bell and Evans and it was a hit.
