Fajita Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, salt, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
- Mix thoroughly: Continue whisking until the oil and lime juice are fully incorporated and the spices are evenly distributed throughout the marinade.
- Marinate or store: Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for the best flavor. Store any leftover marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
