Honey Garlic Marinade

Honey, low-sodium soy sauce, fresh garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and a splash of rice vinegar come together to create a perfectly balanced marinade that’s ideal for grilling, roasting, baking, or stir-frying. The result is tender, flavorful chicken with just the right touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 TB Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 knob (1/4-inch) Ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, grated ginger, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Mix thoroughly: Continue whisking until the honey is fully incorporated and the marinade is evenly blended.
