Ingredients
- 1 Lemon, zested and juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, dried oregano, dried thyme, and black pepper until well combined.
