Chipotle Dry Rub

Ingredients
- 3 TB Chipotle powder
- 3 TB Brown sugar
- 2 TB Smoked paprika
- 2 TB Garlic powder
- 2 TB Onion powder
- 2 TB Ground cumin
- 2 TB Salt
- 1 TB Black pepper
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, breaking up any clumps if needed. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 4 to 6 months.
- Use about one tablespoon per pound of chicken, applying evenly before cooking. Rubs are perfect for grilling, roasting, pan-searing or roasting.
