Lemon Pepper Dry Rub

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lemon zest (about 5-6 lemons)
- 1/4 cup Coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 TB Garlic powder
- 2 TB Salt
- 1 TB Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
Preparation
- Combine ingredients: Add ½ cup lemon zest, ¼ cup black pepper, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon thyme to a small bowl.
