Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lemon zest (about 5-6 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 TB Garlic powder
  • 2 TB Salt
  • 1 TB Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients: Add ½ cup lemon zest, ¼ cup black pepper, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon thyme to a small bowl.
