Ingredients

grape tomatoes

heads romaine lettuce

Bell & Evans grilled chicken breast
1 1⁄3 c
croutons
1 c
Parmesan cheese ( use as desired)
1 pk
caesar dressing

loaf crusty italian bread
1 c
olive oil ( use as desired)
1 pn
oregano, garlic, onion, etc

Worcestershire Sauce
2 clv
garlic ( crushed)

egg

Dijon mustard
2 t
lemon juice

ground black pepper

Instructions

Thaw chicken in your refrigerator overnight or follow your microwave instructions for thawing. Cut meat diagonally into strips. Set aside.In a large bowl toss Romaine with croutons, add chicken, tomatoes and dressing. Plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. CROUTONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Slice bread into 1/2-inch cubes; place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on olive oil and spices, turning bread to coat. Bake until golden brown on both sides, approximately 15-20 minutes. DRESSING:Wisk all ingredients together with a fork.
