heads romaine lettuce 3
Bell & Evans grilled chicken breast 1 1⁄3 c
croutons 1 c
Parmesan cheese ( use as desired) 1 pk
caesar dressing 1
loaf crusty italian bread 1 c
olive oil ( use as desired) 1 pn
oregano, garlic, onion, etc 2 ds
Worcestershire Sauce 2 clv
garlic ( crushed) 1
egg 1 t
Dijon mustard 2 t
lemon juice 5 pn
ground black pepperInstructions
Thaw chicken in your refrigerator overnight or follow your microwave instructions for thawing. Cut meat diagonally into strips. Set aside.In a large bowl toss Romaine with croutons, add chicken, tomatoes and dressing. Plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. CROUTONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Slice bread into 1/2-inch cubes; place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on olive oil and spices, turning bread to coat. Bake until golden brown on both sides, approximately 15-20 minutes. DRESSING:Wisk all ingredients together with a fork.
