Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
| 3 | Bell & Evans grilled chicken breast | |
| 2 | heads romaine lettuce | |
| 1 | pk | grape tomatoes |
| 1 1⁄3 | c | croutons |
| 1 | c | Parmesan cheese use as desired |
| 1 | pk | caesar dressing |
| 1 | loaf crusty italian bread | |
| 1 | c | olive oil use as desired |
| 1 | pn | oregano, garlic, onion, etc |
| 2 | ds | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | clv | garlic crushed |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 | t | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | t | lemon juice |
| 5 | pn | ground black pepper |
Instructions
Thaw chicken in your refrigerator overnight or follow your microwave
instructions for thawing. Cut meat diagonally into strips. Set aside.
In a large bowl toss Romaine with croutons, add chicken, tomatoes and
dressing. Plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
CROUTONS:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Slice bread into 1/2-inch cubes; place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on olive
oil and spices, turning bread to coat. Bake until golden brown on both
sides, approximately 15-20 minutes.
DRESSING:
Wisk all ingredients together with a fork.
