Thaw chicken in your refrigerator overnight or follow your microwave instructions for thawing. Cut meat diagonally into strips. Set aside.In a large bowl toss Romaine with croutons, add chicken, tomatoes and dressing. Plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. CROUTONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Slice bread into 1/2-inch cubes; place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on olive oil and spices, turning bread to coat. Bake until golden brown on both sides, approximately 15-20 minutes. DRESSING:Wisk all ingredients together with a fork.
